Knowledge is power and its a fact that only power rules the world.

The Quiz Club of our school believes in this and tries to help the students to enhance their skill in all possible ways. It aims to expand general awareness and hone the skill of drawing rational inferences. It intends to empower the students with knowledge and create interest and curiosity to collect information related to different fields and aspects of life. It aims to bring to light something new and interesting every time.

The Club tries to provide facts related to general knowledge and information regarding current affairs of national and international importance. So every week classes are conducted to enhance the general knowledge of the students and for this purpose regular quiz competitions are conducted at various levels and selected students are prepared for interschool competition at the state, national and international level.

The club was inaugurated on 08 July 2019. The members of the club gather for a meeting every first Friday of the month at 4 pm in the Library reading room.

To increase the level of general awareness amongst the student community vis-a-vis Science, Literature, Technology, and Current Affairs outside the realm of the formal syllabus, and to promote their quizzing ability.

ACTIVITIES DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-2020

Maintaining a diary with the various information gathered under headings such as language, science, society, mathematics, technology, personalities, awards, etc.

Conducting PowerPoint Presentations from time to time highlighting important events and exchanging information gathered.

Sharing of observations in Discovery channel, Geographic channel, News channel etc.

Internet is made available for ensuring a 3D vision of events which will help them in the audio-visual rounds.
