FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022 - 2023

NORMS FOLLOWED FOR FIXING SCHOOL FEE

1. The school accepts NO Capitation Fee or Donation for the purpose of Admission of students.

2. Fee is not revised without the express approval of the School Managing Committee.

3. The children of the school staff receive a 25% discount on the Tuition Fee.

4. If there are two or more children from the same family (not applicable to cousins), barring the child at the highest grade, others will receive a 20% concession on the Tuition Fee.

5. The school fee is decided based on the expenditure incurred towards:

• Monthly salary of all the categories of the staff.
• Expenses towards Sports & Games Activities.
• Expenses towards Functions and Festival Celebrations.
• Expenses towards Educational field trips & in-house visits.
• Expenses towards Clean water and sanitation for students.
• Expenses towards Library, all kinds flabs, computers etc.,
• Expenses towards Language Lab.
• Expenses towards Smart Boards.
• Expenses towards Teaching Activities, Aids and Supporting Materials.
• Expenses towards Motivational Awards, Certicates of Participation, Assessment records.
• Expenses towards Stationeries and Xerox Materials.
• Expenses towards conduction of exams.
• Expenses towards Furniture and Equipment.
• Expenses towards 24 X 7 Security Services.
• Expenses towards SMS services and circulars.
• Expenses towards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software by Entab.
• Expenses towards CCTV Surveillance systems.
• Expenses towards health and hygiene safety.
• Expenses towards students' skill development activities material, Art & Craft activity material, drawing material etc.
• Expenses towards First Aid
